Scientific Subcommittee: Data Analysis
We wish to accelerate the returns to society from the EBP as much as possible. The data analysis standards committee will suggest a minimum set of analyses to be run on every EBP Phase I genome, and a standard way for researchers to run analysis code on the EBP tree of references. Concrete data analyses effecting the three areas of benefits to humanity, conservation, and accelerating scientific progress will be proposed.
